He married Jane, also a teacher, and together they taught high schoolers in Colombia, Malaysia, Oman, Venezuela, and Russia and visited numerous other countries.

Marc Fogel is married to his wife Jane. The couple shares two sons namely Ethan and Sam.
After his release from Russia, his wife Jane and sons, Ethan and Sam said in a statement “This has been the darkest and most painful period of our lives, but today, we begin to heal”
Parents
Fogel’s mother, Malphine Fogel expressed her joy after her son was released from Russia. She and Marc’s wife and siblings have been waiting more than three and a half years for this day, so you can imagine the joy they will share after welcoming Marc Fogel from prison.
